Anxiety in it’s true form

I’ve heard and seen people that have anxiety attacks or even come to a point where it is depression. Why do people come to that state? What should we do to prevent it from happening to us? Reasons why it can be dangerous to the point where you can kill yourself? These are many questions that I wanted to know answers to personally.

Anxiety:

Anxiety is the worry, nervousness, or unease about something. By understanding this definition you may think everyone has anxiety and yes, we all do have anxiety which can be dangerous when it comes to a certain level of stress. What is the maximum level can it go to? Well, it can be hate from being an influencer, it could be stress of college or school or even just work in general. How do you think anxiety makes you feel on a daily basis? Honestly, it makes you nervous and not able to relax. It keeps on your feet not in a good way. The world either goes super fast to the point where you don’t know what is real and calm. The other end is going slow where the pain eats you on the inside and it hurts a lot.

I’ve seen many tv shows where they show how the characters’ past is traumatic and the impact on them today (in the show). Another infamous show called “Dance Moms”. I’ve watched this show many times and I’ve seen that many kids have panic attacks on struggling with choreography or trying to impress the teacher. It can really take a dip on you and your self esteem. Even many celebrities who work on reality shows such as Kim Kardashian or Paris Hilton get stressed out when they see paparazzis or huge crowds overwhelming them with questions they may or may not want to answer.

Panic Attack vs Anxiety Attack is not much of a difference they are both created due to stress and nervousness. Panic attack comes all of a sudden when you’re doing the cause for anxiety. Anxiety attacks is a common psychiatric disorder. How do you know if you have anxiety? Well to begin with always think positive it can uplift your mood and that could change many things. Surround yourself with happy things and if you think something is upsetting you in a way, tell that to your friend that is close to you. If you don’t have close friends I recommend you tell your parents and they can help you. These are just the basic information that I knew.

This morning while discussing this article with my dad he said that there are 2 different types of one is simple anxiety while the other is complex anxiety. Simple anxiety is when you worry about something not that important but it matters to you in a way while complex anxiety is when you worry about something that matters a lot in a way. For example a customer meeting. I think this article covers everything I’ve learnt in 2 days. It is cool that I learnt so much more than I knew about this sensitive topic.
